Who is eligible to use 2 Assist's services?

If you are a participant of the NDIS and have funding allocated for transport services, community participation, personal activities or household tasks then you are eligible to access the services provided by 2Assist. 

If you are a provider wanting to enquire about leasing an accessible vehicle, please contact us via email - info@here2assist.com.au  

If you are a My Aged Client, please submit an enquiry form and we will contact you directly to discuss your eligibility.

How do I receive funding from the NDIS? 

To find out if you are eligible to receive funding from the NDIS you can contact the NDIS directly on 1800 800 110 or you can click here to be directed to the eligibility checklist on the NDIS website 

I'm self managed - can I still use 2Assist

Absolutely you can still use 2Assist supports if you are self managed. Upon intake, we'll ask you to take responsibility for any invoices issued for supports provided by 2Assist. We still create service agreements for our self managed clients. 

How long is the intake process?

Once we receive the completed intake form, it can take 24-48 hours for us to complete the intake process. 

We can work around tight timeframes though, our clients are our priority. 

How far in advance do I need to book?

Ideally we require 72 hours notice to process and schedule supports. 

We understand things can change quickly, and we will always do our best to accommodate our client's requirements. 

Does my support worker have to pay to travel? 

All support workers and carers travel free with 2Assist - we do just ask that you let us know at the time of booking if someone is travelling with you so we can make sure we assign you to a suitable vehicle. 

Where can 2Assist transport me to? 

Almost anywhere! We can take you to medial appointments, social appointments, community groups and activities, to the shops, to fitness activities, even to respite arrangements! If your required destination isn't listed here, contact us to discuss how we can assist. 

What area do you service?

Currently we are servicing the Gold Coast. We have plans to expand to Toowoomba, Townsville and Cairns in 2023.

Upon intake, we do ask our clients a few key questions to get a better understanding of their situation and then we can provide an accurate quote for transport services. 

Will my mobility aid fit on board? 

Absolutely! We are equipped to cater for electric and manual wheelchairs, 4 wheel walking frames, walking sticks, walking frames and even mobility scooters.
